What is your primary product or service?
The school offers sommelier consulting, wine courses, and wine tasting events.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been involved in the food and wine trade since I was 13 years old. I worked my way to an executive chef position in Boston, and then worked my way to a consulting winemaker position in Napa Valley.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There are only a few other similar schools in Philly, and most of them employ our graduates and former employees. Our people are the innovators and creative forces behind the trade, and we continue to expand by consulting for universities and national wine companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, and do not plan on expanding in the future.

We are located on 22nd Street in Philly, between Walnut and Sansom.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and paypal. We do accept payment plans for our academic programs as well.
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire mid-atlantic region.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is run by it's founder, Keith Wallace
What are your hours of operation?
We are open for classes and by appointment only. We operate from 10am-11pm, however.
