What is your primary product or service?
Custom wood & metal radiator covers, and all types of heater covers: Baseboard Covers, Convector covers, Fan Coil Covers. I am always looking for a new way to cover a heater.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I saw a need that needed to be filled and found a way to fulfill it. I have only had two other careers, selling industrial paint and running a paint company. I enjoy selling radiators so much that I will run this business until I cannot physically do it any longer. This is not a job for me, it is a totally fun, enjoyable way to support my family and lifestyle.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Attention to detail and customer satisfaction is our top concern. We strive to offer the best radiators covers you can buy anywhere. We are not adverse to making products changes and modifications to accommodate our customers. We make the heaviest duty cover with the toughest paint finish ,Powder Coating, you can buy. Customer satisfaction is always my goal.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, but we go to the customer to provide our services and products, so we really have and infinite number of locations.

Which areas do you service?
We try to stay within 100 miles of Leola, PA. But if the job is large enough we travel anywhere. Right now the furthest we have traveled is MA. & NC. We've shipped as far as CO., CA., IL. & AK. We just completed installation of 40 covers at a 36,000 sq.ft. Bridal Salon in Manhattan, NY.
