Originating in 1972, we have been under the same ownership since that day. Our focus from the start is to provide quality, professional travel services. In 1994 we entered into a strategic partnership with Carlson Wagonlit Travel, now Travel Leaders, to expand upon our resources, and offer our clients greater value and savings. GTI now serves over 500 clients throughout the United States .
What is your primary product or service?
Managing your business travel. GTI Travel uses our global presence, unparalleled team of experts, and cutting edge technology to create customized, comprehensive corporate travel solutions, allowing your travelers to devote their time and energy to the business at hand. Over 40 years of experience allows GTI Travel to provide the corporate travel management tools to maximize service while improving your bottom line.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Designated Agent Team: GTI Travel doesn’t work in a call center environment but rather in agent teams. Effective communication between clients and corporate travel agencies happens much better when you are continually dealing with experienced counselors you know and trust. You can reach a traveler counselor 24/7/365 days a year to make or change reservations or just get information.
