My whole family has been doing business with R. C. . Labbe for literally decades. I need to replace the water heater. It was almost 14 years old. Richard ordered it, installed it and was done very quickly.

My heater stopped working and the inside temperature fell to 55 degrees. I called Mr. Labbe and 10 minutes later he returned my call. Within the half-hour he was at my house. He got my heater working again but he did not have a part immediately available for a permanent fix. The inside temperature rose to a comfortable level. He was back at my house by 9:30 a.m. the next day with the part and installed it within minutes. Later that day when the heater stopped again, I called him and he told me how to reset the thermostat. The heater has been working perfectly ever since. He is prompt, kind, courteous and never breaks something else to generate another service call. I have been using him for over 20 years and I will never call anyone else for my heater or air conditioner. When I needed a new unit he gave me several prices and options from which to choose and his opionion of all of them. He once came out in the middle of a blizzard because my heater had stopped working. Originally I had Peco's Parts and Service plan but when I found him through my contractor, I discontinued Peco's plan. If you want an honest heating and air conditioning repair man, R. C. Labbe is the person to call.
