I am a current tenant in an MPN property. I don't know if I can fit all of the negative things I have to say about MPN into one review, but I will try.
To be fair, I made the mistake of choosing to use MPN before I had actually come to Philadelphia, so I did not have a chance to see firsthand how unprofessional the whole operation actually was. If I can save you the trouble of making the same mistake, then the time I am spending on this review is well worth it.
Upon move in, several appliances specified in the contract were not in the unit, the interior walls were in terrible shape, and there was immediate evidence of cockroaches. Fast forward to winter, and MPN required me to actually contact the office to arrange for snow and ice removal because they thought it was my responsibility (spoiler alert - the contract said otherwise).
Currently, the pipes in my bathroom are frozen and the water is unusable because the property is inadequately insulated. I have left five separate emails and voicemails but have heard *nothing* for over 2 days. The 'emergency' maintenance contact doesn't pick up, and the main business line directs you to a mailbox that is already full.
Do yourself a favor, and avoid MPN managed properties at all costs.
