How long have you been in business?
Capozzi Family has been in real estate and community activity for three generations.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in Property Management - Sales - Insurance around the greater Packer Park Community. We are a small office offering specialized customer service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My Father and Grandfather were realtors. I also have a long history of volunteer work within GPAR (Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors) and I was ultimately privileged to serve as President in 2012. I am a Board member of BIA (Building Industry Association), Development Workshop, Treasurer of Sports Complex Special Services District, President of Packer Park Civic Association, Secretary of Friends of FDR Park, and many other business and civic organization that work hard to make Philadelphia a better place to live and work.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We specialize in one distinct community, where my father developed and built the first 1250 homes and I assisted in the development, building and sales go the newest 330 Homes here at the Reserve, Villas, Regency. My Father also built hundreds of properties in Southwest Phila in the 70th Lindbergh area and we also specialize in rentals there.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and that is all we will ever have.

Very simple - 3320 South 20th Street, on 20th Street between Packer & Pattison.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, money orders but no credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Deep South Phila and Southwest
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and operate with a small dedicated team of wonderful professionals.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 9:30 - 5PM / also available via phone and email 24 / 7, other times by appointment
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Referrals are always the best compliment. Another way we know we are doing a great job for our clients is that many, many clients (both property owners and tenants) have stayed with us for more than 30 years in our property management business.
